Shipping Policy

  • To confirm your order and avoid discrepancies, our team will contact you via DM, SMS, Call,or email before shipping.
  • For Cash On Delivery orders, we request you to make the payment before opening the package.
  • Once the order has been confirmed and shipped it cannot be returned unless the product is faulty, the wrong amount, or not what you ordered.
  • All orders take between 3 to 4 working days to be delivered. Should there be a delay, you will be notified immediately.
  • If the given address is invalid and/or cannot be located, resulting in the product being returned, shipping costs will be deducted if you request a refund or reshipment.
  • We will charge Rs.160 for all orders below Rs.1499. No shipping costs will be charged for orders above Rs.1499.
